a beautiful resortconfusing to find room This is a beautiful resort but sort of hard to find. My room was way in the back. I had to drag my bags a distance even though it looked like there were closer rooms available.

That it was in napaThe hotel is run-down and in need of a renovation. It is not a 4 star hotel. This hotel needs to be taken off 4 start rating. It is not a nice hotel by any means and in bad need of a total rennovation.

Beautiful setting and groundsvery small bathroom This is an aging facility (built in the 50's). Although the room was remodeled, I would not consider this a 4-star room or facility. I think you should advertise this as 3-star.
