It is a very nice property, with services but privacy as well. The staff is available when needed.

I am very likely to return to the Silverado Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Everything was fabulous. The service was great, the pool was clean, the food was excellent and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Encountering no problems is in itself relaxing! The resort had a great spa and pool, with an excellent masseuse.

I am very likely to return to the Silverado Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

My wife and I received a two day stay as a gift. If you stay, stay in a suite where you can be obnoxious, loud, rude and disrespectful of the poor saps staying in the "standard room", which is where we stayed.

It felt like the party was in our room. Had I known that the walls were made of cardboard, I would have specifically requested to stay in a room next to one that wasn't occupied. We got no sleep the first night we stayed.

The prices on site were standard (i.e. overpriced) for the Napa area. If you want a good meal, go to Calistoga or St. Helena (overpriced, but the food was better). They should state on the website that the wireless internet costs money, as do most any "services".

The staff was generally courteous, but nothing special. I've stayed in some pretty nice places, and had better treatment even when there was a humongous language barrier.

I would not use my own money to stay here, nor would I recommend that anyone else do the same.

It was a very nice place to stay. It’s a good value for the price. I was disappointed the TV did not have DVD player.

I am very likely to return to the Silverado Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

41 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

My sister and her husband were staying at the Silverado over the Labor Day weekend and my brother-in-law collapsed on the golf course and ended up passing away four days later.

I flew in to Napa along with my parents to be with my sister during her horrible ordeal. Not at any time did anyone from the management staff ever contact my sister to inquire as to how she was doing, if she needed anything and so on. Their front desk was rude and insulting to my sister when she tried to check in her stepchildren who arrived to be with their father. The majority of the resort staff was unaware that anything terrible had happened at their property and showed no compassion or understanding to us during our stay. We checked out two days early.

They did not even provide us with additional bedding for the sofa bed or additional towels. They were also hosting a wedding on the one Saturday night and upon our return from the hospital we had to avoid several drunken patrons walking through the parking lot, and no security around anywhere. I could go on and on about everything that happened but that would be like writing a book. I would not recommend this resort to anyone!

I am not likely to return to the Silverado Resort.
I would not recommend it to friends.

They should have left something in the room saying restaurant reservations were a good idea. We tried to go eat at the bar and were told it was a two-hour wait. We went off-property instead.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Silverado Resort.
I might recommend it to friends.

We have stayed at the Silverado 3 times in their one bedroom junior suite – and we love it. The rooms are huge with a little kitchenette where you can get some wine and cheese from the wineries and have a romantic meal in front of the open fireplace that is in the room. There is also the spa and gym across the road which we go to each time – the spa is very luxurious and there are a couple of big outdoor pools to swim if it is a nice day. The hotel is right on the Silverado trail where there are lots of great wineries. We recommend this hotel to all our friends who want to stay in Napa Valley.

I am very likely to return to the Silverado Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
