The place was beautiful, but the service was lacking. The toilet broke and then overflowed twice. We had to shut the water off ourselves. The refrigerator was broken and not replaced for a day. This all happened within the first few hours. I was only given 20% off of one night for my trouble. When I complained I was sent a small gift basket for the inconvenience. I was supposed to be on vacation and had to request a plunger be left in my room so that we did not have to go without a toilet. I guess I am just lucky they didn't raise my room rate like they did to other people in our party.

This place was fantastic. They have several lodges, including the Sundial Lodge where we stayed. The rooms were nice, the conference center was tip-top. They have a fantastic babysitting program (my sister reports) and everything's just peachy! The
