I asked for a non-smoking room with a view of Virginia St when I registered with an online booking company. When we got there they said they don't guarantee non-smoking rooms.I should have turned and walked then. Housekeeping forgot to leave washcloths--small prob, but it's a first for me. I'm not coming back. My clothes stink of smoke just from being in the room. Jim Pruss,Lodi,CA 8/13/09
