This hotel made me feel welcome: I felt very welcome just by the warm greeting (with a golden smile) at the door! It made me feel like a million bucks.

We would have appreciated the hotel staff being a bit more personal with its guests - or at least trying a little harder.

It's the best casino hotel in Reno - location is close to shops in downtown; more exciting than other casinos; fun for the whole family; very reasonable price after becoming a club member (free).

Desk clerk was not warm to me.

This hotel made me feel secure: I like have a person at the elevators to check to make sure you have a key before going up to the rooms. It makes me feel like at least the people roaming the halls belong in the hotel.
