It is connected to two other hotels, so we have three hotels' worth of shops and restaurants to visit.

They have a friendly staff. The room was clean and of adequate size. The room was close to downtown casinos. My opinion is that it's the best hotel in Reno.

Staying at this hotel every winter during my family's annual ski vacation for the past six years has been a continuously satisfying experience. It's charmingly furnished with a silver mine theme, the Silver Legacy is also conveniently connected to Circus Circus and the El Dorado. Although your room view might be limited to the more high rises or a parking structure, the hotel amenities are clean and comfortable. As an added bonus, the hotel is within easy access of three complete buffets.

I enjoy it because it is a nice clean classy hotel for Reno. I have stayed there several times and I had no problems.

I love the small suite -- it had a large jacuzzi tub in the room. The hotel is centrally located and we can leave the car parked. Service is always good and the view from the room at night is spectacular.

An older Vegas hotel that would be best served by being torn down and built into another property.

The check-in staff was rude. In general the hotel staff was not friendly with the exception of one blackjack dealer. I will stay here in the future because its a nice hotel but definitely wouldn't if it was based on just the staff.

The room seemed smaller than expected, but this was not a problem since we were there to enjoy the casino and other activities and did not spend much time in the room other than to sleep.

It was okay. The kid at the desk was not too friendly. The computer connection was too slow and expensive for what was able to do on line. I mostly felt like cattle... Move em on in -- move em on out.
