45 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I selected Silver Legacy and prepaid the trip on Travelocity, based on their lowest cost for the quality; however, when I arrived, I was given another $3/day "resort" fee to cover "local calls" and free local parking, which anyone gets.

I didn't make calls or have a car, but was still charged. I also learned that the advertised health club is $8 to use and the wi-fi is $10 a day. I had paid for non-smoking, but got smoking, stinking room. Room service is never cleared, so the halls are filthy. If you're not gambling $1,000's, expect to pay more for everything. Gamblers get posted discounts, while I paid extra for everything to subsidize this.

My complaints to the front desk manager were met with no concession, other than offer to move to a non-smoking room (I would have had to repack). No amenities at all, not even coffee in your room. It makes me angry when hotels play bait and switch.

It is a great place to stay! I enjoyed having all the amenities available. Make sure you eat at the Sterlings restaurant, they have excellent steaks and seafood! Many of the other restaurants are excellent including those in Circus Circus and the Eldorad

This hotel made me feel inspired: The staff was very helpful all of the time.

I am very likely to return to the Silver Legacy Resort Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

54 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel was very nice but I reserved a non-smoking and king and all that they had was ns queen. So, they did put us up on the 36th floor. The hotel was clean and very secure. They checked room keys before they let you on the elevator.

40 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

As a rule, the Silver Legacy hotel is the best, but this last trip a stranger walked into the room in the middle of the night. This was a very scary situation.

This hotel made me feel welcome: There was a larger crowd than usual and it was a lot of fun and the slots were paying very well and everyone was very happy.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Silver Legacy Resort Casino.
I might recommend it to friends.
