35 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business

It is a great hotel for the area, with friendly people and good quality rooms. My only problem was at check in. I had requested a high floor on my reservation, the front desk person even confirmed that as I was checking in, yet they put me on the second floor. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

I am very likely to return to the Silver Cloud Inn Eastgate.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

42 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel is in a very convenient location for me. It was very clean, and everyone that worked there was polite and helpful. I plan on staying at this location whenever I need to.

This hotel made me feel content: I'm always glad to see a hotel that's obviously clean, that's what makes it relaxing, not having to stress over such a thing.

I am very likely to return to the Silver Cloud Inn Eastgate.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
