This is a chain with many hotels in the area. It’s more upscale and sophisticated and close to downtown. The restaurant, Cayenne, is fine, especially if it's raining, you're tired and don't want to go out. The continental breakfast that they included was good. The staff was friendly. Self-parking was $14/night, but no offer of help with bags. It was clean, quiet, and had a good sized room with free internet.
I am very likely
to return to the Silver Cloud Hotel Broadway.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
