Excellent
Our room was on the 4th floor, and was very quiet. I especially liked the free breakfast, good food,a nice pleasant trip. Parking was tight with large vehicle, but go slow and it worked out fine.
Front Office Manager very rude!

Okay
The hotel was great but the front office manager Tammy was very rude and didn't treat her fellow co workers nicely. For such a great hotel with a great resturant she is a horrible asset to have. Other then that nice room and great food.

Mediocre
This could be a nice place with good value...not a bad location. But, it wasn't very clean. When I walked down the hall to my room I saw some debris on the floor (glob of string plus other stuff) then when I entered my room more junk on the floor...
What is not to like about the hotel I am sure everybody has bad stays once in awhile but the staff goes above and beyond. The restaurant Cayenne was sceptical the name because I don't like hot spicy food and the menu has a wide variety also the...

Good
Love the location adjacent near Starbucks, Tully's and great local nightlife. A brisk walk and I'm in the heart of downtown without the heart of downtown prices. Amenities are good.
