The location is great, however the accommodations are very poor. Arriving at about 1030 on a Friday night our first room had the distinct odor of dog urine combined with musty mildewey A/C. It was not acceptable. The second room was a little better, ...

Good
This hotel was surprisingly clean and nice for the price we received. I was worried that it would be run down or well off the beaten track for tourists. It was clean, the staff friendly and helpful and very convenient for our weekend. It was close...

Stayed for three nights......bathtub was very slow in draining.... constant water leak from celing in three places...Front desk was not concerned...took going back a second time to get them to move us to another room...which couldn't be done til 3PM...many hours after reporting the leak! Front Desk employee not friendly ...NO APOLOGY for our incovience of ruining our whole Sunday!!!
Outside trash cans stayed full for two days...with very smelly trash!
Best Western needs to put money into this place as it is rather rundown..ie, rooms have water marks on celings...lights don't work half the time in bathroom vanity area.
Walkways are not swept...employees drag trash bags across that area and parking lot leaving liquid residue all over...very unsanitary!
Fenced in area around Hammockswings broken or torn down.....MAJOR maintence needs to be done at this HOTEL.
WE were shocked at how run down it was to be in a RESORT area and close to a golf course and nice expensive homes!!!!
NOT A PLEASANT STAY for 3 nights!
I wouldn't give this HOTEL a half star rating that is for sure.
The only good comment is the Contential breakfast was very good and the young lady serving that area was FRIENDLY!
I am not likely
to return to the Signature Boutique.
I would not recommend it to friends.

We've stayed here many times over the last fifteen years because the location is near family. The rates have gone up significantly while the service and standards have nosedived. The rooms haven't been updated, the carpet is really nasty, and to get service you frequently need to take the staff away from personal phone conversations.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Signature Boutique.
I might recommend it to friends.

My stay at this hotel was far from great. I travelled with a friends family so we had two of the suites. When we arrived, for some reason they had given away the rooms we reserved, but they had some to spare. One suite's pull out sofa had jelly...

It was well located. I liked the staff and the bar. We did not get to use the pool but it looked inviting. I wished we would have had more time to spend there.
I liked the hammocks outside of the hotel and the relaxed atmosphere.
I am very likely
to return to the Signature Boutique.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Okay
This is a run-of-the-mill motel where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts; there's no one thing to get excited about. Pros: Fairly clean; facilties include pool and bar. Cons: Towels were paper thin, pullout bed's mattress wouldn't...
