Staff was completely rude, and didn't act as if it was an inconvenience to keep us waiting for our room for an hour and a half. We didn't get to check in until 5:30pm.
The pool is very small and overcrowded. They also closed half of the deck mid-afternoon for a wedding, so it got even tighter.
I would not recommend you spend your money on this hotel. The Fairmont is much nicer, and for the price, you can get a bungalow.
Shutters is not worth the $$$ even though it is on the beach! The pool was small and overcrowded, not to mention, they closed half of the deck due to a wedding. The check in/out staff were completely rude and acted as if they hate their jobs, and they made us wait an hour and a half before we could check in (5:30pm)!!! I would suggest staying at the Fairmont over Shutters any day. What a disappointment.
