Arrived and had to watch the desk clerk take a break between every check in as the people in line got a bit upset. Still trying to get credited. Called and was assured I would be credited. Finally got my credit card company invloved.Room was dark....
Reserved room 2 weeks ahead. Guarantee with cc. arrived to find room given to someone else. stranded in AC with no place to stay. The staff was no help at all. Be carefull when you book with them.
