64 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Two weeks ago I went to the Showboat three times. My sister who is a 7 star member took me to the Carousel Room.
We sat there to play the slots and to our surprise nestled between padding we found a hypodermic needle. I called over a security guard and asked him to remove the needle and to please discard it. He did so using a paper towel and not very carefully. Their security should be taught how do handle such waste.
The bathrooms near the Mansion Restaurant always smell of urine.
Have not had a bad experience here.

Good
Have not had a bad experience here. Only drawback for us is the high noise level in the casino. Takes some time getting used to it. Rooms have been great as well as the service.
