The location is perfectly located on the South end of the boardwalk, the amenities are great. The check-in is fast (if you are Diamond or Platinum member), the service at the Chop House is superb, the Mansion Cafe service is par, but the food is great. The House of Blues bar is fun and the 12 Bar has a great view of the casino. The Bourbon Tower rooms have recently been renovated with flat panel TV's. The Orleans Tower is nice as well. Both Towers offer great views of the ocean. It would worth it to sign up for their Total Rewards Club. The more you use it when you gamble the better the room and food offers are. Overall a great hotel and casino to visit.

The hotel accommodations were better than expected. It was located in a casino in the upper levels. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. An up to date LCD television was mounted on the wall. A refrigerator and a liquor cabinet were included. It is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Atlantic City.
It was very quiet in hallways. The room was not near the elevator or the vending machines or ice machines. It had a nice view.
I am very likely
to return to the Showboat Casino and Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location right on the boardwalk was convenient for the children to go to the beach. The restaurant inside the hotel was better than expected. The staff was pleasant and made sure our stay was enjoyable. If you have the chance I recommend the buffet.
I felt comfortable by the pool and while getting a massage in my room.
I am very likely
to return to the Showboat Casino and Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The staff from the front desk to the room cleaning people was great. The casino level lacks security and some of the people are rude. I have stayed at Showboat hotel many times and I find the bathrooms on the casino level to be dirty more often than they are clean.
The people that work there do everything they can to make you feel at home.
I am very likely
to return to the Showboat Casino and Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Excellent
We enjoyed our stay here though did not think it was worth the money. Rooms could have been cleaner and beds were terrible but the overall experience was good. We would stay here again if the price is right.

Okay
We didn't get into our rooms until 6:30 pm. the check in counter was 100 feet long and only had 4 people checking in guests. Long lines, long wait to check in. food was good. room was clean and comfortable.
