Shorewood is a very popular condominium complex centrally located in South Forest Beach. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a variety of family activities and situated on the nicest beaches on the island. These fully equipped 2 and 3 bedroom condos have full kitchens, living room, dining area and all the amenities of home. A nice pool area with large sundeck, big pool and baby pool completes the property.

Shorewood Oceanfront Villas are located directly on the beach of the Atlantic Ocean. All villas have a great view of the ocean and are just steps away from the beach. Within walking distance or a short drive away are many restaurants, shops and activities for the whole family. Amenities include separate living and sleeping area, full kitchen with all appliances and dishes, balcony, washer and dryer, on-site pool and access to a nearby fitness center with indoor pool. Activities include golf, tennis, biking, water sports, fishing, boating and a variety of different tours. Pets are not permitted. All villas are non-smoking. Guests must check in at R.H. Realty & Rentals office. Check-in is at 3:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Keys and directions will be given at check-in. Office hours are Monday - Saturday 10:00-5:00 and Sunday 11:00-3:00. If arriving after business hours, a package will be left in a locked box. Please call during office hours for the lock code.

Our family has traveled to Hilton Head for almost 20 consecutive years and has since using Shorewood, we have fell in LOVE. The location is perfect and is near everything. Beach access is also wonderful.

Don't expect luxury. This hotel is at least 50 years old, but is in a good location with two really good restaurants within walking distance. Lots of mosquitoes at night.
