Don't expect luxury. This hotel is at least 50 years old, but is in a good location with two really good restaurants within walking distance. Lots of mosquitoes at night.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Shorewood.
I might recommend it to friends.

It would be nice if they make an effort in a more cozy decoration, quality of sheets and covers, and better-looking bathrooms (they’re spotless but not very appealing).

I am somewhat likely to return to the Shorewood.
I might recommend it to friends.

We chose to stay at Motel 6 because our trip was very spontaneous and we had very few options available. We did not get the room that we reserved, which was supposed to be a nonsmoking room with a refrigerator but turned out to be a smoking room without refrigerator.

I am not likely to return to the Shorewood.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I liked the friendly staff and beautiful surroundings.

The weather left plenty to be desired, but I have no complaints about the motel experience!
