The staff was very friendly. The maids could use a little help, but overall good. There were not enough towels, bring your own if you have more than two people.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk was very friendly. The maid supervisor responded directly to my issue of lack of towels. The manager introduced herself.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Shoney's Inn Bossier City.
I might recommend it to friends.

The rooms were not up to date, the wallpaper in the bathrooms were peeling off. The floors were not properly vacuumed, and the doors would not shut all the way. When the Internet went down no one knew how to fix it or would not even try to.

I am not likely to return to the Shoney's Inn Bossier City.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It is one of the best-kept secrets in the travel industry. It provides value, convenience, security, comfort, and an outstanding staff.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff worked for me and around me to make sure I was satisfied.

I am very likely to return to the Shoney's Inn Bossier City.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
