Shilo Suites Hotel Bend Hotel - Page 1

The front desk clerk was not very pleasant,and not very helpful. I asked for a suite,however I receive a normal size room. The room was clean,but the carpet was terribly stained. Thank goodness we only had to stay one night,otherwise I would of checked out and went somewhere else. The restaraunt staff were nice,yet seemed confused on what they were doing.

When we entered the room we found that the floor had not been vacuumed well as there were food particles on the floor under the table.

I was disappointed with the employee at the front desk. He was rather discourteous to us. Also, at five o'clock in the morning, someone pulled a fire alarm and they could not figure out where it was coming from, scaring all of us. It was, overall, a very unpleasant experience and I will probably avoid the Shilo Inn hotels in the future.

The hotel was very nice and accommodating. It was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. It was in a nice setting as well.

I liked the view right on the river. I liked the staff -- when I had a problem with my room, they were able to fix it right away. I liked the in-room jacuzzi tub.
