'This was our first visit to the Northwest Coast, and we can't say enough about how wonderful our stay here was. We had a clean room right off the lobby and next to our friends who we were travelling with, so it was perfect. But, we most want to...
74 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
They had very good service, but the room wasn't very clean. The room had mismatched, worn curtains and bedspreads. The bed had sagging mattresses. It also had an old TV with a foggy picture. The drain stoppers didn't work, and the bathtub was stained. The phone was dirty. They had partially missing molding in the bathroom. The heat/cooling control panel was rusty, and nearly unreadable, there was one button missing.

A very efficient staff that made my stay quick and enjoyable.
I arrived at the hotel at approximately 1am with no reservations. The staff greeted me as came in the door and less than 10 minutes later was asleep in bed. I couldn't ask for better service.
