I loved the way their pool was set up with a wading pool that went into the larger pool. Also we were meeting 3 other families there and they seemed to work hard to get our rooms close together like we requested. We didn't like that because we had

Liked the pool and location. Requested a non-smoking room but all they had was a smoking room when we checked in. Room smelled badly of smoke. The room had bugs, was missing some items, and some didn't work. Hardly worth the money.

Location is great (on Columbia River). Pool is nice. Asked for non-smoking, but when arrived all they had was smoking, so room smelled of smoke. Room had insects. Hair dryer didn't work. TV remote missing. Rooms are dark and dingy. Personnel are rude and unhelpful.

The location was good, easy to find. I reserved a room for disabled. There was no walk in shower. I had trouble with the phone. I had to go outside, then return to the lobby using steps. There were many steps to get to the meeting. I left items in the room and it was difficult recovering them.
I am not likely
to return to the Shilo Inn Richland.
I would not recommend it to friends.
