Okay
I'm a regular at Shilo, but this first time in Klamath Falls had me feeling like a criminal as I checked in. Unfriendly front-desk workers shoved no fewer than FIVE warnings and disclaimers about smoking under my nose to sign. Room was fine, but...
64 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The hotel is easy to find and has a very friendly staff. The restaurant was excellent, service was great, the handicap room was very nice, and the facilities were easy to use. We enjoyed our stay.
