I've found Shilo quality to be uneven; great at one location, worn and aging at another. The K. Falls location is one of the good ones. Quibbles: Sheets had an almost overpowering bleach smell; evening desk clerk was rude, and fought with another ...

We liked this hotel a lot. We had a double room, and it was quite large and had great sound insulation. There was a refrigerator and a microwave which are great when you have kids. The free wireless internet worked great. The free breakfast was good....

I'm a regular at Shilo, but this first time in Klamath Falls had me feeling like a criminal as I checked in. Unfriendly front-desk workers shoved no fewer than FIVE warnings and disclaimers about smoking under my nose to sign. Room was fine, but...
