Although extensive communications were made with the hotel prior to our arrival regarding our need for a ground floor room near exit, we were assigned an upstairs room. An alternate room was provided, but this room had numerous structural problems.

I would not recommend it to friends.
When looking for kanab utah on the net we found this hotel and decide it was in the middle of town so we would stay there they clamed to have great view and clean rooms which when we arrive we found neither.....
Good location. Friendly woman at desk checked me in and reduced my room rate by 60%. Room was large, quiet and clean. The free breakfast was not worth eating, so I only got coffee.
