I over all was not happy with my stay. As a women traveling alone I was uncomfortable with the sercurity. No inside privacy locks. I had very poor lighting in my room, no over head lights.
The cleaning service did not do a good job, did not...

While the renovated rooms we occupied were excellent, the rest of the facility seemed very dated.
Reception desk staff on duty Sunday evening were very friendly, but should have been teamed with more professional peers.

We have two sisters who live in Bend, Oregon. We (my sister & I) flew to Bend and stayed at the Shilo Inn Suites for our annual Sisters Reunion! It was beautiful there and we had a room overlooking the Deschutes River, which was so peaceful...
36 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The front desk clerk was not very pleasant,and not very helpful. I asked for a suite,however I receive a normal size room. The room was clean,but the carpet was terribly stained. Thank goodness we only had to stay one night,otherwise I would of checked out and went somewhere else. The restaraunt staff were nice,yet seemed confused on what they were doing.

it was the most expensive room on our entire trip and the worst. although it was non-smoking it hadn't been for long. the bathroom door lock was broken and it was terribly outdated and not very clean.

Housekeeping won't do dishes, but only a drainer pan was provided, no dish drainer and a miniscule sink.
Silverware was inadequate. 8 knives (none matching), 2 forks, 3 spoons,
The room sleeps four, but we had 5 plates, 2 salad plates and 4 bowls...
