It is convenient to the interstate, amusement parks, restaurants, and shopping. It's very relaxing to have a full kitchen, living room with a TV and DVD player. There were TVs in all the bedrooms and a whirlpool bath. There were large convenient pools and a mini-market at the resort.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They had pre-arranged express check in. It had facilities to entertain children in and refreshments in the lobby. Luggage handling was offered if needed. They had friendly, smiling, and helpful employees.

The location was convenient, the staff was helpful and friendly. They fixed the garbage disposal right away. We asked the front desk clerk about things to do in area besides Disney and Universal and about discounts for a next stay.

This hotel made me feel important: They treated the kids with understanding and they did not shoo them away when they were talking.

We thought the resort was comfortable and had a lot of activities.

We had two confirmed rooms and somehow one got cancelled. After 20 minutes of pleading they came up with a room. Two days later they wanted us to move, but I refused and they left us alone.

It was nice but the carpet had not been vacuumed before our stay. I would also suggest a pool just for adults, I had a bit of trouble staying out of children's' way.

This hotel is a great place to stay; pricey, but good.

I love the place; there's plenty to do right there.

This hotel's location to Disney parks was ideal. The number and quality of the pools was tremendous. The friendliness of the staff was great. But I wouldn't recommend doing the time share presentation.

This hotel is very clean, and the staff went above and beyond. Some villas are on the third floor with no elevator, they're hard to get to if you have suitcases. Everything else was excellent.
