Sheraton's Vistana Resort

We love the hotel overall. We have stayed there many times as we are resort owners. Our problem was when housekeeping cleaned and accidentally took a very large, brand new, white bath towel and it was never located. Plus, after we left, I realized that I left a plant on the kitchenette counter but when I called and spoke with lost and found and housekeeping, neither the towel or the plant were ever located.

When we arrived, they did not have our room in the newer section we had requested, but that was remedied and we were satisfied.

The resort was very well maintained, the staff was efficient and all the facilities were well maintained.

This hotel made me feel practical: They were very well set up and they had all the services we needed being on a tight budget so we were able to take advantage of everything without exceeding our budget.

It was an excellent suite and very clean.
