The beachfront location was great. The concierge was very efficient and helpful. The front desk clerk was very personable and went out of his way to accommodate my needs. The room service was also excellent. The only drawback was the length of time it took for the doorman to get a cab.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staffs at front desk, concierge and room were prompt and friendly. As a single female traveling alone I was very impressed.

I am very likely to return to the Sheraton Yankee Clipper Beach Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The pool was filthy, the room was next to the railroad tracks and they had the gall to charge $10.00 a day for wireless Internet hookup when most other hotels provide it free.

This was an old and shabby facility. The staff was unfriendly and they had poor climate control in the rooms (it was hot). The glass in the rooms were hazy.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We got a very friendly welcome. Cookies were sent to our room. The staff remembered our names whenever we entered and they placed a call to our room to see if we were ok and needed anything.
