Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort and Spa

I liked this place. The rooms were nice. I liked the location because it was unique and scenic. Every morning I would wake up and take the nature walk through the desert along the river. It was beautiful and peaceful and although you feel like you are in the middle of the desert, you are still close enough to civilization to feel comfortable and safe. The pool area was very nice and service at the hotel was good. The resort is family friendly and the Whirlwind Golf Club is one of my favorite courses in the area. If you are a golfer, you might want to check out We-Ka-Pa Golf Course in Fort McDowell and it is my favorite course in the AZ. They have tow 18's and both are wonderful.

We had four wonderful days at the Wild Horse Spa and Resort! Never a lack of things to do. The staff was amazing! They made the stay even more enjoyable.

We went horse back ridding and saw wild Mustangs! Once again the guide was amazing, full of information.

I left feeling I had learned more about the native American culture!

We are planning on returning next year!

I have been to five star resorts that did not give us the customer service we got at this resort. Once again... AMAZING!!!!!!!!

The personnel was very efficient and more than friendly. The only trouble was that we had to walk all the way from our room to get to the reservation desk. There was no other shortcut but follow the path since all the rooms were connected with just one exit culminating at the reservation desk or front of the hotel.

This was a beautiful resort and spa. It's convenient to the Wild Horse Pass Casino and local restaurants. The rooms are appointed nicely with private balconies and views. The fifty dollar per night additional charge for a view of the mountains was what I would have expected for the standard room rate. This should not be an additional charge. The hotel restaurants were horrible. The attitude of the waiters and staff was even to the extent of being rude when seated. Gourmet was their way of excusing the under-portioned servings of inferior quality food at exorbitant prices. We left the restaurant after a hundred dollar dinner for two, and went to another restaurant to eat. We have traveled extensively, and this is not fine dining, it is way overpriced, and the service is at the top of our worst list. The pool and grounds are beautiful, as is the outstanding interior architecture! The pool bar staff are very friendly and inviting, something the hotel restaurant staff and management could learn from.
