We booked the hotel because we were told the shuttel would be available to our large group. When we arrived, no shuttle service available, unless we wanted to pay the $50.00 roundtrip charge. Our group had booked 5 rooms, at 140.00 each room! The rooms were tiny and had only two bathtowels, we had to request extra towels! They were selling bottled water for $4.00 dollars a bottle, that cost $1.00 up the street. The elevators stopped working on Saturday, so many of us had to take the stairs or the employee elevator-after waiting for assistance for 30 minutes! The hotel breakfast consisted of orange juice, coffee, eggs, bacon and muffins. All of that for $11.00, per person!! I would recommend staying somewhere else to everyone!

We stayed at the Sheraton West Des Moines for the weekend and had a great time. The hotel is close to I-35 and easy to get to. It's about 15 minutes from the airport and the Blank Zoo. The room was comfortable and good sized. The beds were nice...

This is a nice hotel. Clean, comfortable bed, nice furnishings, great bathroom. I do not have anything bad to say about the place. I was upgraded to the club floor and the breakfast in the club room was very good. I will stay here again.
