Mediocre
As a frequent traveler I expect some cooperation from the hotel staff. This hotel is misrepresenting its services by leaps and bounds. I was very disappointed with the service, cleanliness, dining, and most of all with the front desk personnel and...

I stayed at this hotel during a trip to the area to do research on relocation. My room was clean, updated, and nicely decorated. I ate at the Powder MIll Cafe and the food was great! I had the crab cake sandwich with a salad and it was really...

I want to make it clear, I didn't stay here. I called first and found out that their picture of the hot tub in the room doesn't exist anymore. They have renovated and removed all hot tubs, but they haven't removed the...

Excellent
My family and I enjoyed our weekend vacation last month. The hotel was in great location and the staff was great, very warm and freindly. I will come back here again next year.
Thanks to the management staff at this hotel.
61 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Staff were friendly and overly helpful. Second floor room was noisy all night due to parties in conference rooms below. Impossible to sleep. Had to pay for internet $9.95/day from a third party, this is an insult. Bed was very comfortable, room was tiny with a king bed. Hotel located far from restaurants, movie theater located across parking lot. Not a location for a vacation.

My stay was not the kind of stay any weary traveler wants to encounter. From my arrival and failure to assist with bags to an unpleasant desk clerk to my dirty room which smelled of smoke, I was thoroughly disappointed. I called for room service...
52 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel was very clean and well run. The rooms are a nice size and the free internet was a plus. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its located close to restaurants, shopping, and the major highways. It is easy to get to DC or Baltimore. My only minor complaint was that the fitness center and pool close too early.
I am very likely
to return to the Sheraton Washington North Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
29 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that has bedbugs. I woke up in the middle of the night with a dozen bed bugs on my pillows. I changed rooms immediately, and checked out the next day.
I have been traveling for business for over 6 years and this is the first time I have ever experienced bedbugs in a hotel, let alone a Sheraton hotel.
