34 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My wife and i stayed there during easter holidays. the hotel overall is a good 5 star chain hotel. lobby is beautiful classical in style. check-in was o.k. lobby bar is a nice place to relax all-day and in the evenings there is live piano music. there are three restaurants in the hotel. the Asian is superb-it is a must try. the main restaurant has buffet style lunch and dinner and the other one has live music in the evenings-very loud-not really my style but as i could understand it considers a hot spot in Warsaw. the room-deluxe type-is very large with everything you expect from a 5 star Sheraton.t.v set with pay t.v. fast internet connection, mini bar with wide variety of things, bathrobes, slippers, everything you need bathroom cosmetics. in the bathroom there was always a fresh rose every morning. soundproof was excellent. there was also an iron and ironing board as well as tea and coffee complimentary making facilities. unfortunately no indoor swimming pool but very well organized gym and spa. the truly great thing about this hotel was that the guest service center was very helpful in booking the best seats in the opera house, restaurants etc . the location is good away from the city center's noise but close enough. definitely recommended.
