It was very disappointing. It was not what we expected from the website virtual tour and descriptions of the beds, TV’s, etc.
The carpet smelled, the ceiling leaked, and the paint peeled outside our door. We were Starwood Preferred Guests! We did not finish our stay. We filled out two comment cards and gave them to the concierge, but we got no response. We will not return.
The lobby was beautiful, and the staff was pleasant for the most part. But they did not offer to change our room, and over charged us on three items. I hope they can improve. I live locally, and we want nothing more than to see wonderful customer service to all who visit our islands.
