It was very disappointing. It was not what we expected from the website virtual tour and descriptions of the beds, TV’s, etc.

The carpet smelled, the ceiling leaked, and the paint peeled outside our door. We were Starwood Preferred Guests! We did not finish our stay. We filled out two comment cards and gave them to the concierge, but we got no response. We will not return.

The lobby was beautiful, and the staff was pleasant for the most part. But they did not offer to change our room, and over charged us on three items. I hope they can improve. I live locally, and we want nothing more than to see wonderful customer service to all who visit our islands.

I liked the central location. It was easy walking distance from most areas of interest to me. The wireless Internet access was not available in my room as promised. But hotel staff made a wired access available.

It was a very nice hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. I wish we had stayed an extra day. The hotel staff worked very well with cruise line. I was very impressed that our room and room key was ready upon arrival with no long wait. I wish we had time to visit their spa. It was very convenient having the cruise line office in their lobby. Overall, it was a very nice stay. I would recommend their hotel. Only downside was we had a mountain and city view and not much of an ocean view. Only other suggestion would be further clarification was needed to register credit card upon arrival.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The check in was hassle free.

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel was over booked so they upgraded us to a beautiful suite overlooking the pool. The only thing we did not care for was the food at their buffer, but we could always eat somewhere else, so it was not a big deal. Again my room was beautiful. We were so comfortable. I would love to do it again.

The newly renovated rooms were spectacular. If you came to stay, try and request a renovated room, as the whole hotel was not yet renovated.

This hotel made me feel excited: Being that I am employee I was not expecting to get an ocean front view, which I did. I was also not expecting to get one of the newly renovated rooms. The new rooms were spectacular.

The Sheraton Waikiki property was upgrading their guest rooms. They have a great location in the center of Waikiki beachfront area. It was very centrally located to many of the activities in the Waikiki area.

The new beds were great but the other furniture in my room was very uncomfortable. The location was ok but no beach was disappointment.

The rooms need renovation. The air conditioner didn't work properly. The carpet was stained and old. The furniture was at least 15 years old (1980's style) and of cheap quality.

I loved the beautiful ocean view room, which was next to the beach. I also liked the comfortable bed, nice-size room, and the hotel's proximity to shopping and great restaurants.

I liked the great location and the very nice front desk staff.

We had a horrible experience with their vacation sales people. They hound you like dogs. We listened to the pitch and then when we would not buy immediately that day, they stiffed us out of the $100 certificate voucher. You can buy the same vacation from another provider for a fraction of what they want. Overall, this is a Kmart hotel at a Tiffany price for what you get. Stay at a real hotel like the Hilton Hawaiian village.

This hotel is a very nice place to stay.

I liked the swimming pool and how they had a place to order and eat by the pool side.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location, and the pool bar was awesome!

This is definitely the best resort in Waikiki beach. It's right at the beach front with the view of pacific ocean. The pool is only only a few feet away from the ocean with diamond head in the bachground. The view is awesome! Try to get an ocean view room at high level. They have torch and music performance at the pool every night. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The arrival/check-in system was undermanned so I waited too long to be checked-in.
