The hotel was nice, I would have like to have a spa, I had to go elsewhere for spa services. The room was clean and pleasant and it had a lovely view.

The hotel was convenient to shopping, activities and the beach. They stopped smoking in the lobby. The view of Waikiki was awesome.

This hotel made me feel hip: The beach was right there and it was so convenient.

Everything was great. All the employees were friendly and knowledgeable and courteous.

Our room had a beautiful view, but very bad sound insulation and doors with huge cracks between them and the threshold. We had very noisy neighbors and had to call the desk numerous times at all hours to have them quieted. On the movies we ordered the sound and video were off so that watching them was difficult, and when we called the desk they promised to send a technician who never arrived. They then charged us for the movie even though they said they wouldn't. Our air conditioner kept loudly switching itself off and on because the thermostat was right above the blower. Our room had only a shuttered window between the bedroom and the bathroom, giving little privacy when using the restroom. The staff overall was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a beautiful view, but we would not stay there again.

I greatly enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Waikakua, the closeness to the beach, the restaurants, and the friendliness of the staff. One day we did not receive enough towels for our room but otherwise the stay was very memorable! I greatly enjoyed all the facilities.

This hotel made me feel elegant: I liked the professionalism of the staff, they treated us like royalty.

It was okay, but not nearly as nice or fancy as I expected for the price we were paying.

There was construction in progress at the time of the stay and it created problems getting to the hotel premises.

The location was wonderful. Having the beach so close was great since we brought our son. We did not have to travel far to enjoy anything. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was awesome!

This hotel made me feel important: They treated all guests as if they were there to take care of you. Even if you were not in the penthouse, they took care of you.

This has to be the dirtiest hotel or what it looks like motel i have ever stayed in. the motel 6 down the street is nicer. The carpets reeked, the ceilings leeked, the airconditioning never worked, and overall the room was dirty, moldy disgusting, smelly, and just awful. this hotel made my trip terrible do not stay in this hotel. this was a big waste of money and a huge disapointment

I came for a business trip and my room was horrible. The carpet was stained, the air conditioning unit barely worked, the base boards were coming apart in the bathroom, and the paint was peeling. The room in the Sheraton Manor need serious renovation. Do not allow them to put you in the Sheraton Manor. I changed my hotel the very next day. Although the location is great and the entertainment is good, it was just not worth it. I felt like I stayed at a bad Motel 6.

This place is one of Oahu's hidden gems in terms of Live entertainment...could use much more PR and better quality bands other than Planet Jane & Shining Star....increased revenue and visitor attraction potentially huge for the hotel

I had a great time staying at the Sheraton Waikiki. The location was great, and the people were extremely friendly. Definitely would recommend staying here.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The location of the beach front was very good for our kids.

This hotel made me feel content: I was content with the very comfortable surroundings.

Our air conditioning unit came on and off constantly, it never stayed on or off for more than a few minutes at a time, so it was very disruptive. We rented pay per view movies and the audio was way off from the video, which made it very hard to watch. We called for repair and they said they were sending someone, but no one ever came. They then tried to bill us anyway for the movies we had complained about. We had extremely noisy neighbors and there was very little soundproofing between rooms and at the room door. There was a gap of several inches between the door and the floor, so walking down the hall you could hear anything going on in any room. Our room also had a window between the room and the bathroom, so there was little privacy when using the restroom. The room had a great view and the staff was nice, but, overall, it was not a restful place to stay and not a good value for the money. We would never stay there again.

The bed was very comfortable, but the furniture was not. The hotel had a good location.

The view from our balcony was spectacular. I would definitely recommend an ocean front room. The room itself was a little small, but we were not in the room much at all so it was not too big of an inconvenience. The whole is very touristy, but is the quintessential tropical hotel. Overall, it was a good choice.

The location was convenient, close to the main street and on the beach. However, the room was unsatisfactory in that it smelt of mold and it was unclean. Had I not been there for a business conference and known that the floor was occupied primarily by my co-workers and attorneys, I would have not felt safe.

It was a fantastic location and the room was kept clean. I would stay here again.

I liked the great view from our room, the complimentary champagne because it was our honeymoon, the friendly staff. However, the noise control is terrible, we were woken up repeatedly by noisy neighbors. Our in room air conditioning unit was noisy and kept shutting off and on repeatedly, probably because the thermostat was located right above the air conditioning unit! The room setup was weird, with an open window thing between the room and bathroom. Overall, I would not stay there again, especially at that price.

The hotel is located right in the midst of all the action…and a moment walk from the beach. The views were beautiful and the options for activities the hotel provided were great; a variety of things to do. Staying there for the Hawaii Marathon, the service was thankfully great. Room service brought us breakfast at 2:30 in the morning. It is a wonderful place to stay if you’d like to be close to the beach.
