I booked a two night stay for myself and my husband. I was advised that if I cancelled I would be charged for the first night which was $249.00. The second night was $289.00. These charges were to include my Florida resident discount which I found out later was not applied to the reservation.
My husband was called back to work the first night we were there. We drove back home and I called the hotel in the morning to cancel the second night's stay and was advised I would be charged anyway. My husband is in law enforcement and unexpected things like this happen occasionally. You would think a little consideration would apply here.
Also, at check in, the parking tag can only be picked up at the information desk which is also the timeshare desk. They give you the parking tag but overwhelm you with pushy sales pitches and offers of a free breakfast to hear their pitches. When you consistently say no, they get huffy. The free gift that was sitting on the counter for me immediately got removed. I would advise being very careful when choosing this as your hotel. The pool area looks appealing but the rest is not very much like vacation/relaxing style.
I would advise heading toward Hyatt or even Disney for the price this place charges to aggravate you. This is just a little advice from someone who has been at many hotels in Orlando. I’ve never been treated like this before.

It’s a very nice property. There is plenty for people of all ages to do there. I really enjoyed the on-site gyms, pools, and food service. I also liked having a kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit.
The lush scenery and the spa services all added to the overall feeling of being special.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Sheraton Vistana Villages, International Drive.
I might recommend it to friends.

This will be my third year staying at the villages. My husband, daughter and I absolutely love this resort! I will never stay anywhere else!
The staff is always friendly. The rooms are always clean. There are tons of things for children and adults to do. Their movies by the pool are also fun.
The two bedroom gives you plenty of room. It almost feels like you are at home. You have enough room to be near your family but you also have the space to be alone when you need to be.
The kitchens are a huge budget saver! We stay for two weeks and usually only go out to dinner a couple of times. And the only times we've went out to dinner was so we could say "we've been there" (rainforest, hard rock, etc.) There is also a grocery store around the corner.
The grounds are beautiful. The pools are beautiful. There are whirl pool tubs in the two bedroom suites, not sure about the one bedrooms, and hot tubs down by the pools, a fitness room, a pool side bar, arcades, pool, and air hockey tables.
All in all, this resort has every thing you need. Even if you never step off the grounds you are going to have a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our stay. It wasn't fancy, but was nice and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. The staff was helpful. We attended the timeshare meeting. They were polite and not pushy. All in all, a delightful vacation visit.
