I stayed there with my wife for 3 days. I am a frequent traveler and did kind of enjoy it, but my wife didn't like this place much. Check in time was slow and 2 out of 3 days, they screwed up our order in the restaurant. Food wasn't great there, but my company wouldn't pay for 3 meals/day on our own, so we had to eat there once a day. Little help was given from the front desk about some parking issues.
On a good side, The rooms are great. People seem to care and like to work there. Even though we had issues, the staff was trying to resolve everything.
Decor and amenities were nice and comfy. Location was nice too
Would I come back? I think I would, but I'd try something else to see if it is any better. Would I recommend this hotel? Maybe. Things happen and you need to realise that.

When my house was under renovations, I went to live at the Sheraton Wall for a few days before moving to my friends house. Anyways, this place was leaning towards the expensive side, BUT EVERYTHING was so worth it. The food was awesome, and the lobby was very nicely decorated. The moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted by the some bellboy-ish guy who took me to the front desk where I did all my registration. I was then taken up to my suite on the 20th floor where I had an awesome view of downtown Vancouver. Not only is the service 5 star, and the comfort level 5 star, being located in downtown Vancouver means you have access to the good transit system, as well as all the attractions (clubs, bars, restaurants, etc). The place was awesome, the places around the hotel was awesome, and this is DEFINITELY a hotel I would recommend to anyone who wants to experience Vancouver.

It's a beautiful hotel, right in the center of downtown, so very convienent to get to everything. Although when I signed in, they refused to take my credit card, and when I asked why, they woman walked away and got her manager, he comes out holding my card and says " ya we dont take this". Then he walked away. I put the deposit on my debit card, but never got a reason as to why they wouldnt accept my credit card. The room was clean and had a great view, room service was slower then I would expect, took about an hour and a half for some toast and coffee.

The service at the hotel was good and the ways they helped us was okay but one thing we did had a problem was the number of people at the hotel being served because we were waiting in line for 30 mins just to get our room. It took us a while and i think this service should be fixed so that one day it would be more convenient for the people. The food there are good and the decoration around the hotel was beautiful. I think this should be a good place to visit as there are many visitors around the world. Therefore I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Ill rate this 8/10 where the -2 is for the lack of service of lining up in line.

I came down to Vancouver for the spring vacation and decided to stay at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel. It is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, the service was remarkable, and the employees were very heart warming. The room was very well kept, and the decor provided was very nice.
The hotel employees actually cared for the people staying there. They told us many Vancouver tourist attractions that were happening around town, I ended up seeing a Vancouver Canucks game, which was nice. I would definitely come back to the to the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel next time I visit, and highly recommend it to others planning to visit Vancouver.

We stayed at Sheraton Vancouver for two nights last year when the fireworks festival was on (we also went to Fairmont Vancouver for a night), and this is place great. It is centrally located and is very close to all sorts of tourist and non-tourist attractions. The traffic is a little hard to get used to be car (as almost all the streets around the hotel are single direction lanes), but it is perfect if you don`t have a car and are want to tour central Vancouver on foot. The hotel is near Stanley Park, English Bay Beach (a BEAUTIFUL beach where the fireworks were), and numerous high-end shopping centres. Robson Street is accessible by foot as well.
The service of the hotel is also top-notch. When we called for extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, they came in not more than 5 minutes. The staffs at the desks were also very polite and helpful, and answered many of our questions regarding the must-sees and transportation in Vancouver. I conclude that this is one great hotel to stay at (even it is a little pricey). I will come back if I had the chance.
