29 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel had a great location, with plenty of things to do nearby. The staff was extremely friendly. However, it charged resort prices even though it was not a resort.
I liked the proximity to City Walk.
I am not likely
to return to the Sheraton Universal Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

It is a nice facility with shuttle service to Universal Studio and shopping. They were very helpful when a wheelchair was needed. I liked the beautiful garden for the wedding ceremony.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Sheraton Universal Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.
