It was a beautiful hotel, the room was great, the view was beautiful and I was highly impressed with the service from the staff, the comfort and the location.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very courteous and gracious. They were eager to help and explain things if we needed to know how to get to certain places. It was a beautiful, comfortable atmosphere that did not make me feel out of place. It felt homey.

The complimentary travel services were not always available and not timely.

The cleaning and the services in the room were highly substandard. Although recently renovated, many areas were dingy and there was no place to put clothing. Other conference hotels are far superior for the same price. They promised a rollaway bed, but we never got it. Some of the employees were very helpful. They lacked amenities that most other decent hotels I have stayed at had like fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning.

This hotel is in a great location for downtown destinations. They serve good food, but it's pricey.

We felt it was within walking distance to many things. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was polite and courteous.
