I was there for an onsite conference. It was an excellent room and they had good service for the conference. I disliked the poor parking garage. During a rain the roof leaked onto my car, causing rust stains from the rebar in the concrete structure.

The hotel is owned and operated by Syracuse University and is well regarded in the city. It is right on campus and has excellent restaurants and room service. The staff was very solicitous and helpful in the event that we ran there -- housing for our tennis sectionals. It provided top-notch service.

We stay at this Sheraton for three weeks every summer and occasional other times throughout the year. I was very pleased because of the big cookies and the fruit basket that was in my room. They are a great facility to work with.
