this is a ridiculous parking set-up for this hotel. If you self park get ready for taking your car up a spiral ramp that goes non-stop for 8 floors. Your car barely fits in this ramp that positions your car in a 45degree angle going up you can not see ahead of you or behind you. there is no warning how high up you need to go. You can't stop, back-up or anything else you just have to keep going up and up and up until the 8th floor you can get out of this clostophobic spiral hall way. then you need to continue going up until the 11th floor to park. No signs point to the elevator so we walked one floor down to take the elevator to the check in lobby on the 12th floor. then you take separate elevators to the rooms. The rooms are old and in need of refurbuishing. The restroom has no decent vents so you will need to use your spray deoderant to make it smell nice after your wife goes to the bathroom. The beds are too soft and the pillows are too soft. In July, we were hot and had the a/c going all day at the maximum, we sleept with no covers. no thank you I will nextime stay at a motel 6.

Everything was good. The price was great for a suite! The pool was not heated but it was indoors, so it was not too bad. The hotel location is perfect! I had a great time!

This hotel made me feel respected: They took care of me in everything I needed.

I am very likely to return to the Sheraton Suites at Symphony Hall.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
