The hotel had good size suites. The bed was comfortable. All the lights worked. The staff was very accommodating. The food was good in the restaurant. The service in the restaurant was fair. The hotel needed updating.
The front desk sent a van for us at the airport. The front desk replaced my magnetic key in seconds. The front desk applied my stay to my Starwoods card.

Okay
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel with the exception of the front desk staff. They were not friendly at all and acted like we were bother them when we were checking in. Overall, this is a nice hotel.

Most of the staff is rude and not informed of what is going on. We had a group of seventy people coming in and the second shift supervisor did not even know about it, messed up all the reservations and refused to send the shuttle to the airport to pick up the guests.

We always like the service we receive from the Sheraton hotel. We receive a free bottle of water each. The staff is always friendly. What we did not like was the breakfast buffet, we did not feel it was up to Sheraton standards.

Mediocre
Although the room was much lower than Sheraton's posted rate, it still was not a good deal. The rooms are old and in need of a lot of upgrading. The first room I was given had a broken A/C, so I had to move to another. The two rooms that I saw...

I am a member of the Entertainment Club. When I made my reservations, I informed the person I was speaking with that I was a member so I could get the best rate possible. I found out when I was checking out that this person had not discounted my rate, but gave me the same rate that would I would have gotten if I had just showed up with no reservation.

It was a quiet and rather quaint place. It was obviously older considering the French window door opening to the room. I asked about walking in the morning and was given very explicit and courteous suggestions about where to do my walking. The bar was very friendly and the drinks and munchies were fresh and sufficient. The parking was close and easy.
