Reservations were incorrect, inaccurate price quote, sketchy looking gift shop, smelly rooms, creaking elevator, carpet stains, cracked tiles all over bathroom floor, leaks in ceilings.

When I made my reservation, they quoted a nicer room for a lower price. When I arrived, they claimed to have never heard about the offer and the price that was quoted.
