This hotel made me feel comfortable: I was satisfied with the bedding. The mattress, sheets and pillows were perfect.
I found the hotel accommodations to be excellent, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel staff was very pleasant and gracious. The service I did request was efficient and speedily delivered. I would recommend it.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff was professional, friendly, polite and helpful. I even left behind my phone charger, which they found and are mailing to my home. I'd highly recommend this hotel.
It was just what I expected from a Sheraton.
The maid services were extremely lacking. Sheets were not changed, beds were not made, no fresh towels were provided. The room floors were dirty and not vacuumed. The maid could speak very little English and did not seem to know what she should do. My advice to others: find another hotel, there are plenty. This one was a disaster!
