36 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The only issue was that my friend and I had asked for a non smoking room and I was given a smoking room at check in. We had to stay in the smoking room for one night then we were moved to another room for the rest of our stay. In addition, there was confusion when we made the reservation as to room availability our first night. We were initially told there were no rooms but then, after making reservations at another hotel for the first night, we were then told that rooms had come open. Once things got situated though, everything was fine. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek Ft. Lauderdale.
I might recommend it to friends.
