It was a satisfactory stay. I would stay there again.

This hotel made me feel secure: I felt that there were sufficient workers in all areas of the hotel. I feel that it was safe for me as well as others. It wasn't in a bad location with questionable people around.

I am very likely to return to the Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel was gorgeous. We had little contact with the hotel staff because everything was perfect. The beds were comfy, though we didn't sleep much while we were there. It was a very nice place, I'd recommend it.

Out air conditioner was horrible. We called maintenance, they came up and basically fixed nothing. It was so hot in the room you would sit and sweat. Also, there was a mix-up in the room. I was supposed to have a two-bedroom suite. When we got there, we had to get two separate rooms because they do not have two-bedroom suites. We spoke with two people at the hotel who said they did. The entire vacation was ruined by Sheraton.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek.
I might recommend it to friends.

The microwave did not work; there were no plates or utensils. The TV was not connected correctly. The check-out was paid in cash but they billed my Visa card anyway. It was only a small amount, but it's the principle of the thing!
