Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek

It was good value for the money. The food was not very good.

This hotel made me feel excited: I was excited about the beautiful layout of hotel.

The hotel was convenient to my interview location, so close I could walk to. The room was comfortable and it had a refrigerator and a microwave so I could reheat things and keep my own beverages cold. I had no problems.

The comfort and the value for the price were exceptional.

This hotel made me feel secure: There was great security.

The only issue was that my friend and I had asked for a non smoking room and I was given a smoking room at check in. We had to stay in the smoking room for one night then we were moved to another room for the rest of our stay. In addition, there was confusion when we made the reservation as to room availability our first night. We were initially told there were no rooms but then, after making reservations at another hotel for the first night, we were then told that rooms had come open. Once things got situated though, everything was fine. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was gorgeous. We had little contact with the hotel staff because everything was perfect. The beds were comfy, though we didn't sleep much while we were there. It was a very nice place, I'd recommend it.
