Everything was top notch and it was a very pleasant stay.

We have stayed at this Sheraton Hotel several times. Each time, the customer service is excellent. The room service and food are outstanding and you can't beat the comfort of the room, especially the beds. We are very impressed with Sheraton and with Starwood Hotels in general.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk people are always very friendly and helpful. They welcome us every time and ask if there is anything they can do for us. Then they ask us how our stay was when we leave and if there was anything they could have done to make our stay better.

It's a fun place to stay, close to movies, dining, etc. It's always clean. The staff is friendly.

I enjoyed my stay. I had no complaints. Everything was as expected of a Sheraton Hotel.

It's in a good location, close to major Columbus sights we visited. We had a nice and clean room, but it did not have a microwave though, which would have been nice.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. I liked the super great bed and suite room. The only negative is the bar -- $15.00 for one shot of Canadian Club whiskey. That's a little steep. But the hotel had a fantastic staff who were extremely helpful and friendly.

The Sheraton took me by surprise. I had never stayed at one before, and as said before, it was a beautiful place, with excellent service and wonderful suites.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The rooms were very nicely decorated and there were quite a few little extra touches. It was a suite, with a sitting room, bedroom and bath. There was a refrigerator, hair dryer, folding French doors between the bedroom and sitting room, two TVs, and lo.

The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were so dirty that didn't want my daughter to use them. Otherwise, the hotel was okay.

This hotel made me feel respected: They were very pleasant to deal with and were always friendly when asked a question. Appearance of guests didn't seem to matter.
