The beds and the room amenities are great! But, it would be nice if they provided better coffee in the rooms!
This hotel made me feel important: They treated me as if were a VIP at check-in and responded to my requests immediately and thoroughly.

While the hotel was lovely and the staff efficient, a fire alarm was pulled in the middle of the night during our stay. The hotel, in my opinion, did not very good security because there were some drunken guests, and no one was there to restrain them when they got unruly.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Courteous staffing and comfortable rooms.

It was a wonderful experience. We were in a 'sweetheart suite' and didn't have to be out until 2 PM the following day, which was awesome. The river right beside it was a nice feature too.
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: We spent our honeymoon there... Thanks to family and friends paying for it. We looked good, and felt good going into a high class hotel. We had brunch in the morning and were treated very well.
