The list is long but lets begin with the so called 10,000 sq ft sports bar that you would think would be open during football season. Wrong. The free hi speed internet that was promised to be fixed immediately never happened. This was even after repeated calls to the help desk that never answered the phone. The shower was moldy and the corners of the bathroom floor were coated with left over don't even want to know what. The pipes rattled every time someone turned on a faucet and the velor blanket on the bed looked like swiss cheese. We did have a nice view but had to pay $30 extra for it. I will give the bell boys and valet a 10 because they were very helpful and courteous but that's as far as it goes.
