25 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
When you come over the bridge that passes the bay you can see the Sheraton, except you might think you are in the early 80's because the sign is so old. Oh, and the "H" in Sheraton looks more like this, "l-". We weren't told about the construction going on so we didn't get the room we originally reserved. There were little flying debrees everywhere because of the construction.
So, we arrived in our room, which was pretty nice, except the stain on the couch, which looked like it came from the three's company set in Hollywood. Ah, then to the bathroom we went, the sink had running water, but whoopsy, it smelt like sewage, the ninja turtles popped out to say whats up..I got their autograph... pretty sweet, but the smell when you turned on the water was not.
Then to our check-out day. Woke up around seven thirty, noticed it was a little warm in the room, so naturally I go to turn the a.c. on and as soon a I do it reeks of raw sewage. So, what do I do? Call the desk and asked them what's going on, their responce" We'll get maintnence up there immediatly sir" So, the the maintinence lady comes up with a plunger and says "you guys have something wrong with the toilet?" I explained that it wasn' the toilet and she responds "oh, the smell...yeah there just cleaning the grease pit outside." Well it surely didn't smell like grease. My wife and I got out of there as soon as possible before we mutated in to sew-mans(think sewage and human). I would recommend the Raddison down the street or the Penninsula if you are with your family.
